to animate the monster truck i created a spline in the top viewport to the shape i wanted the path of the truck to follow. i ticked the follow box and the car re-orientates to the path.

i then created the basic scene using the basic body and scaled down wheels for the cars the truck will jump.

i applied the materials to the wheels and the car.

and a basic light to light the scene
