i created a box for the cover that goes infront of the steering wheel, rotated it and scaled the end vertexs outwards








i then made a curve in the surface to make it bend around the steering column.











i then created a tube, and a cyliner with half as many sides extruded a side out around 1/3 of the way round and linked it to the tube to create the steering wheel. and i used a simple cylinder as the steering column.






i also created a cylinder for the front and back axel










i then extruded the support around the steering column and back down to the floor.
